December 2010:  Allure of the Seas

I’ve just returned from a great cruise experience.  Because of the excellent business relationship Boca Raton Travel & Cruises and Royal Caribbean have, my husband Ron and I were invited to sail on an inaugural trip aboard the biggest, newest, cruise ship afloat – Royal Caribbean’s “Allure of the Seas”.  Our cabin was a Central Park Balcony cabin (pictured above) where we could sit on our balcony and look down on the gardens and other lucky cruisers strolling along.

It is true, it is alluring.  There is something for everyone.  The shows are beyond spectacular; imagine seeing “Chicago” the musical at sea, or better yet, Shrek himself, walking down the main boulevard in a parade.  The dining opportunities are many and the choice of cuisine great.  We only had two days to experience as much as we could, but a week on this ship would be truly a fun filled entertainment vacation.  I think everyone should experience this ship; it is a “happening”!!
